Combining 25 years of experience with an undiluted enthusiasm for all things Italian, AHA pulls out all the stops to ensure that this is the most comprehensive as well as special means of studying as well as travelling in wonderful Italy. Friendly, knowlegeable tutors provide you with an education as well as an experience of art, architecture, history and culture. Finishing an AHA course will leave you with fantastic memories and wonderful new friends, as well as a marvellous understanding of art history in all its wonderful diversity.

How long?
- Six Week Courses (ages 18-30) starting November, January, April, August
- Six Week Course (over 30s) starting November
- Five Week Course (ages 18-30) starting August
- Four Week Course (ages 17-24) starting July
- Four Week Course (ages 25-40) starting July
- Two Week Course (ages 17-24) starting July and August
- Two Week Course (ages 25-40) starting July and August
- Two Week Contemporary London Course (open to all ages) starting July
Prices
Prices start at £995 per person for UK courses and from £2,500 per person for Italy-based courses.
Italy courses fees include:
- UK to Italy return flights
- Accommodation with breakfast in hotels centrally located within each city
- Up to 210 hours of on-site tuition in groups no larger than 9
- All airport transfers
- All transport within Italy when connected with teaching
- All museum and gallery entrance fees
- A weekly entertainment (such as opera, football matches etc.)
- Study notes
- Sketch books
- Download of music applicable to the course
- Reading list
Some courses also include lunch. Supper and Insurance are not included, as we favor meals out rather than set menus in the hotel for example.
About Art History Abroad
Art History Abroad was established in 1983. It is a founder member of the Year Out Group and member of BETA (British Educational Travel Association). AHA educates 250 people per year aged 16-60, and can supply reference from past students.
