PGL

PGL provides residential activity holidays and educational courses for children. They recruit career breakers for a variety of jobs, and also offer free training to their staff.

The jobs

If you want to take a career break but can’t afford to stop earning money, joining the staff team at PGL could be the answer.

PGL offer a rewarding work environment that's a world away from the standard 9-5, the chance to live and work with like-minded people from around the globe, and access to a wealth of training opportunities. All staff receive a competitive wage, plus meals, accommodation and much more.

Each week, groups of children visit PGL’s 33 centres, and staff team members help them overcome their fears of height, water and homesickness; share their achievement; entertain them in the evenings; prepare their food and keep the centre in top condition.

Every PGL activity centre is like a small community, with activity, watersports, field studies and French language instructors to inspire, group leaders to look after the pastoral side of the holiday, a catering team to make sure no one goes hungry and administrators, drivers and a site support team to make everything exceeds guest expectations and runs like clockwork.
