VSO (Voluntary Service Overseas) gives you the opportunity to share your skills to support and develop others to fulfil their potential. Spending up to two years overseas, VSO has programmes available for those with health, educational or business skills and relevant qualifications.

How long?
Long-term assignments for experienced professionals generally last from one to two years.
Some Specialist Assignments are available for highly skilled professionals and can last from one to six months.
Payment
VSO provides a local salary, training, flights, accommodation and support throughout your contract. For some programmes you may be asked to help fundraise towards the cost of your placement.
