About the placement
You'll start with the 4-week intensive TEFL course in Bejing. This course is full time and includes trips, activities and Mandarin lessons, to help you learn about Chinese culture.
You'll then be placed in a school in China - primary, middle or secondary. Where you go will be determined by local need, your suitablility, and of course, where you want to go! You'll be supported throughout your placement, and will be providing valuable knowledge to the children you teach.
You'll work 6 hours a day for 5 days a week - so there's plenty of free time for excursions and other activities!
You don't need a degree but you must have at least 1 A-Level. Obviously you need to have an excellent command of English too.
